In this week update we have some exciting news to announce.
Melalie is currently deploying the first 50 of the 2000 bikes that will be deployed on the Indonesian Island Bali.
The winnings of the week are:
In the field
- Installed 50 GPS trackers on the bikes 📡
- Wrapped the Melalie bikes into the Melalie Branding 🛵
- Build a solution for 50 bikes to include the battery charger under the driver seat
- Installed 50 QR codes on the bikes to identify and order the bike through the App
- Conducted safety checks for the bikes
- Deployed 2 new employees in the field for safety and security checks of the platform
- New partnerships to the Melalie Partner Network (MPN):

- The Sankara Suites
- Whale and Co
- Jimbaran Scooter Rental
- Blou Cafe Canggu
On the App
Currently there is a team of 12 engineers working on developing new features on the App
We are working on the following features:
- GEO mapping of the MPN (Melalie Partner Network)
- QR Scanner (Ability to use the QR Scanner to identify a bike)
- Improve App speed (Improving the technical Infastructure )
- Melalie Partner Network Page on the website (List partners)
- MPN Locations Management System ( Location and parking spot management for the Scan and Go phase )
